usage method:
【1】 When making meat binding agent:
~ pre mix the other ingredients and ingredients before starting the gel.
This product 150g, add 1000ml cold water, use fine cutting machine or quick beating machine to form gel, the process can be completed in about 30 seconds to 1 minutes. Please do not put salt and seasoning in this gel so as not to reduce adhesion. Gel should be used in one hour to prevent colloid hardening from forming.
~ add the 20%-30% gel to the main raw material and mix it well, then vacuum it immediately to the casing or mold. Please fill the mixture as soon as possible within 30 minutes.
After filling, store the refrigerated warehouse at 0 C ~5 C for the rest of the night. After the gel is completely adhered, it can be frozen storage or cooking, frying and so on.
【2】 As a quality enhancer function:
~In the direct addition method, it can be mixed with emulsified protein (such as soy protein isolate or sodium casein, etc.) in the process of emulsification or crushing.
